Banca Giuratale
Historic palazzo on Pjazza Indipendenza, Victoria. Free art shows rotate through the ground-floor halls.
Banca Giuratale is the building most people in It-Tokk square walk past without going in. Open the door and the noise of the market stops; cool stone, high ceilings, whatever exhibition is up that month hung along the walls.
The shows rotate — Gozitan painters, group exhibitions, occasional thematic curations. Entry is free, the rooms are quiet, and you can be in and out in fifteen minutes or stay an hour. It's the steadiest free art surface in Victoria.
